We are looking for a talented TA partner to join our team of 7 passionate and highly professional experts who support the business in attracting, proactively sourcing as well as selecting diverse and highly skilled talent within Pharma Engineering.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll:
- Act as a trusted adviser to hiring managers, helping to bring in the best talent within Pharma Engineering.
- Forecast hiring needs in close collaboration with the hiring managers, and effectively identify solutions for filling the gaps.
- Drive end-to-end recruitment processes; guiding managers, posting job ads, conducting interviews and providing test feedback.
- Actively support employer branding activities to increase awareness of ’s career opportunities.
- Play a vital role in our Talent Acquisition Team, leveraging your experience and insights to encourage continuous improvement, focused on proactive sourcing, and ensuring a consistently high bar.

The miles you’ve walked
In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
- You are creative and engaged in your approach to Talent Acquisition and have a minimum of 3 years’ experience within recruitment.
- Solid experience with the use of tests to perform competency-based interviews (we use Saville Wave and Swift, if you have used a different tool we will invest in your certification).
- A M.Sc. in Human Resources, Psychology or equivalent.
- You are proficient in both spoken and written Danish and English.
