Process Manager

A key element in achieving this is to constantly focus on our processes and optimize them continuously, both locally and across the Nordic countries. Therefore, we are looking for an even dedicated and committed Process Manager to join our Process Excellence team.

As a Process Manager, you will be responsible for planning, designing and implementing operational processes based on the ITIL framework. You will be supportive and advisory in relation to our Nordic Operations organization and you must ensure the solid link between development and operations.

Specifically about the job
You will be responsible for:

• Identification, preparation and implementation of End-to-End processes within Operations and its interfaces throughout GlobalConnect
• Optimization and maintenance of altered processes – especially ITIL processes
• Project management of process related projects within Operations
• Focus on customer experience and satisfaction with GlobalConnects Service Support
• Conduct regular status meetings with employees and management, including preparation of reporting and follow-up.

From profile
Your education is less important but we would like you to have 5-10 years of experience as a Process Manager or similar - preferably from a telecom or technology company. It is crucial that you have worked with process and system implementation in an international environment.

In addition, we are expecting that;

• You have a solid toolbox within process management, ITIL processes and change management.
• You are analytical, structured and quality-oriented
• You have experience with process management in an ITSM tool such as ServiceNow
• You have a solid understanding of interdisciplinary contexts and can understand complex processes throughout the value chain without losing track
• You act with impact while being curious and in level of your stakeholders
• You exercise leadership and take the initiative to find solutions.
• You can see a problem from several sides and create solutions with respect for the parties involved
• You are motivated by taking on the responsibility for small and large projects
• You are a distinct team player who values collaboration across the organization highly
• You master Swedish and English in writing and speech.
