Are you an experienced Project manager? Do you want to drive investment projects and handle a portfolio of smaller projects in close cooperation with Operation? If yes, then this might be the right role for you. Apply today! The investment project portfolio in CMC Development and Scaling is growing and there is a need for more Project Managers to drive it. Your responsibility will be to drive smaller CapEx investment projects in Site Bagsværd. The portfolio spans widely from rebuilding existing pilot facilities and laboratories, installation of sophisticated equipment to brownfield projects often with an element of automation and digitalization. The position Your responsibilities will be to: Define the overall scope of an investment project including budget and time schedule – in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
Organise and lead multi-disciplinary project teams with external engineers and contractors to ensure successful completion of all project deliverables.
Provide periodic project status and updates to steering committees and other relevant stakeholders including risk assessment and mitigation actions, financial updates, etc.
Qualifications Minimum bachelor's degree in engineering or similar
4 to 6 years of experience in executing CapEx investment projects within life sciences/pharma
Broad knowledge to comprehend and drive projects with many stakeholders from different areas of expertise.
Preferably experience from building laboratories
English language proficiency - high standard in both written and spoken.
In addition, you have a proactive, self-driven and pragmatic attitude. You have a curious mindset and a willingness to learn and develop your skill set throughout your employment. About the department
