As a Project Manager in IFP QC Automation you will be welcomed in a team of 7 expert colleagues focused on creating new and innovative automatic solutions. You will be responsible for management, execution and hand-over of several lab automation projects - ranging from simple to complex solutions and collaborate with project managers, chemists, lab technicians and external development partners, covering a wide range of disciplines. We guarantee that you will be exposed to exciting professional challenges and development opportunities. Your tasks will include: Driving execution of lab automation project In collaboration with automation engineers, developing early pilots to show proof of concepts Deploying scalable projects in the global QC network that have demonstrated business value Continuously impacting the automation and digitalisation strategy through knowledge sharing and best-practice
Qualifications To be successful in this position we imagine you have: A master’s degree within science, engineering, pharmacy, or similar field combined with 2-5 years of complex project management experience Passion for innovative technology e.g., automation and robotics Preferably laboratory experience and understanding of QC processes Experience within the pharmaceutical/GMP environment or another highly regulated environment Great communication skills with the ability to build relations with stakeholders at all levels As a person, you possess a business-oriented mindset and the capability to integrate technology while promoting innovation. You see yourself as a curious individual and enjoy working in a team to create new solutions. Furthermore, you have a natural flair for clear communication and simplifying complex concepts, while collaborating with stakeholders cross-functionally.
About the department
IFP QC Digitalisation & Automation is part of IFP QC DK consisting of approximately 250 employees, located in Bagsværd and Hillerød. IFP QC DK is responsible for performing all QC analysis across IFP DK, including release test from several global production units, handling of customer complaints, stability samples and validation activities. In addition, we are an important partner in the global QC network in IFP, consisting of laboratories in France, Brazil, US and China. The department is instrumental in defining and executing our digitalisation and automation strategy across IFP QC, and our mission is to transform our analytical and microbial laboratories into more automated and connected laboratories to reduce manual work and increase the stability and efficiency of the laboratory processes.
