.Are you ready to drive change in CapEx projects and take on Novo Nordisk’s challenge of curbing CO2 emissions at times of unprecedented growth? Can you see yourself in the position of working collaboratively with our external supplier base and stakeholders from all levels of the organization?The positionAs our new Project Manager, you will join us on our mission to drive change in investment projects through engineering and sourcing and specifically focus on ’s journey to become net-zero by 2045. You will have three main areas of responsibilities:· Net-zero roadmap As continues to grow and expand its production capacity worldwide, we face a major dilemma of decoupling growth from CO2 emissions. The transformation journey to net-zero includes understanding emission drivers and decarbonisation levers, innovative solutions and requires close collaboration. You will be part of developing and implementing our roadmap to reach net-zero in close collaboration with our global supplier base, team members and other NN colleagues. You will be able to communicate to key stakeholders, in simple terms, what it takes to reach net-zero but also know the details behind the different initiatives. · Project management You will be asked to drive projects in other selected focus areas where we as a team want to put extra effort to drive significant change, allowing IES to remain aligned with the corporate aspiration and direction. These could, for example, include improvement of existing procurement-related processes or capability-building within the expanding department. · Informal leadership Lastly, you will establish yourself as a valuable and respected member of the IES team. Colleagues will come to you for sparring on execution of projects, your strategic thoughts about their focus area, or your advice on how to build an effective story line for important messages they want to bring across. You will also take informal leadership of more junior colleagues and enable them to drive change for our customers in the CapEx projects.Qualifications· You hold a master’s degree in economics, engineering, business or similar· You have 3+ years of relevant work experience within project execution, financial processes, optimisation projects or steering complex processes· You independently break down business challenges and issues and develop practical solutions· You can build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders at all organisational levels· You are fully proficient in EnglishWe commit to an inclusive recruitment process and equality of opportunity for all our job applicants. PSQIT is an advanced technology organisation that proactively drives the purpose of Novo Nordisk and delivers the highest quality of products to patients in a sustainable and efficient way.In IES, we play a key role in ensuring that there is sufficient capacity to treat our patients worldwide, by supporting our global CapEx projects (i.e. maintenance and expansion of production facilities) succeed through engineering and sourcing activities. As a function, we sit in the sweet spot between our global supplier base and our colleagues in the projects which we consider our customers.Today, our team consists of around 60 employees with diverse backgrounds and 20+ nationalities.
