Responsibility
- Develop and drive demand review meeting with sales territories..
- Responsible for leading the demand planning and forecasting operations based on industry trends and demand patterns using analytical, marketing and sales data.
- Conduct monthly forecast enrichments based on statistical analysis and sales intelligence through continuous stakeholder management.
- Support management with risk assessments, scenario planning, and suggest mitigation activities in relation to product demands.
- Implement aligned solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy.
- Successfully communicate forecast to management, incl. threats and opportunities.
- Monitor and report on important changes and gaps in sales forecasts and business strategies.
- Address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
Experience
- Min.5 years of experience with demand planning, inventory management and forecasting.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.
- High energetic drive, motivation, and accountability.
- Min. a BSc degree in e.g., supply chain management, logistics, business administration or engineering.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of the Danish language is not a requirement.
- Medical equipment industry experience preferred but not an ultimate requirement.
