In this exciting opportunity you will be a part of the UX, Design & Consulting team based in Novo Nordisk new Tech Campus in Ballerup, Denmark. Your focus will be to cover all aspects of UX research - from planning and scoping research activities to conducting research using a variety of methods and finally generating and communicating insights and UX methodology in compelling ways. Key Responsibilities: To be the UX Researcher in digital projects across the manufacturing processes in Product Supply (PS) designing for our main users; Novo Nordisk employees Plan, drive and conduct the research needed for ensuring we address the pains and problems of our end users Challenge the status quo and help various project teams practice a more user-centric approach to product/platform development Take the lead on defining problems and finding opportunities for user research across the PS organization Conduct comprehensive research to assess and validate digitalization ideas from Business Owners (BO) and stakeholders, incorporating insights into the continuous development of the UX, Design, and Consulting department Building empathy with our users to agile teams, creating personas, user journeys and other relevant artefacts Foster relationships with stakeholders while building empathy with users through the creation of personas, user journeys, and other relevant artifacts, contributing to the growth of the UX research competence group You will engage in diverse projects and partner with cross-functional teams, providing opportunities to shape decision-making as a strategic collaborator. Your active involvement will be crucial in driving the digital transformation of Product Supply, Quality, and IT at Novo Nordisk (PSQIT). Qualifications
We are looking for a proactive and curious colleague with a proficiency in eliciting robust user insights through empathetic means. You are driven to achieve first class results and you can spot new opportunities as well as challenge status quo. You are organized and structured with high quality standards.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in most of the following skills and experiences: Hold a degree within human behaviour related research 3+ years of experience within the field of research Experience from working in/investigating manufacturing environments and production facilities Experience with driving all aspects of research activities: Planning, scoping, conducting, analysing, and communicating research Demonstrated expertise in qualitative research methodologies, ensuring the application of the most suitable methods to achieve desired outcomes Proven ability to generate and communicate actionable insights to diverse teams, including designers, product managers, developers, engineers, and architects Effective collaboration with stakeholders in cross-functional teams, serving as a strategic partner in product decisions, and adept at presenting ideas persuasively to diverse audiences, with fluent proficiency in English You are a team player who works closely together with other disciplines, such as developers, management, products owners/manager, and business analysts The department
You will join the Data Digital IT (DDIT) Product Supply New Tech area in Ballerup, Denmark. We are more than 45 digital experts collaborating and co-creating with deep knowledge colleagues in the Novo Nordisk’s Manufacturing processes. We are working across SVP areas and supports the entire global network of manufacturing sites in product supply. The UX, Design & Consulting department is responsible designing and developing innovative and value adding digital solutions used by people working at Novo Nordisk’s production sites. The team consists of 18 colleagues working across 3 competence groups: Digital Business Consultants, UX Research and UX Design. Our team is responsible for driving the development and implementation of good design practices and best practices, including discovery, ideation, conceptualizing, detailed design, prototypes, and validation frameworks (from idea to proof of value) and implement activities such as user research, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing and visual communication in DDIT PS Technology Foundation and Transformation Working at Novo Nordisk
