Here, you will meet 70+ highly professional colleagues. Our mission is to provide high quality service and manage projects globally for the DSV organization, supporting top management in executing global strategies.
You will be a part of the Group PMO community, that is truly international and highly diverse. We are 22 nationalities, aged between 28 and 65 years old with a 50/50 split between female/male and a flat management culture.

A trusted partner to the business
As a management consultant, you will be a valued and trusted partner to the business and to top management, as you bring the element of innovation to business needs and help bring strategic ideas into reality.
You will dedicate your time to managing our largest corporate projects, joining them at the earliest stages. This means that you will manage strategically based projects, exploring the opportunities and benefits of each idea, setting the framework for development and implementing the final solution.
Specifically, your job will involve:
“It takes strong stakeholder management skills to create trust and to help drive an initiative towards project completion. No two days will be alike with projects across DSV on both global and local levels,” explains Anders Rousing, Senior Director, DSV Group PMO.
An eye for development – and a knack for execution
As a consultant, you need to be analytical, innovative, and creative to support the business to create a business case and draw up a vision and principles – essentially putting ideas into perspective and providing valuable feedback to the business.
“You have to be a trusted partner to Business – one who can see the unique opportunities for development and manage stakeholders towards successful execution. You get things done – and get people to follow through,” says Anders.

- Developing a concept and a business case for each idea or initiative
- Creating an implementation project/programme for each initiative
- Driving change management in the organization
- Anchoring the results in each area involved

- You have a bachelor’s degree as a minimum combined with several years of experience in management consulting as well as working on transformation and business development.
- You have excellent change management skills as well as great communication and facilitation capabilities.
- You are fluent in English. Danish is an advantage, but it is not a prerequisite.
- The position is based at the DSV headquarter in Hedehusene, Denmark
