Apply today as you might be the Business Development Partner we are looking for to join our Assembly department within Device Manufacturing and Development (DMD). The Position As Business Development Partner, you will support our Assembly management team by driving and facilitating new and recurrent processes. You will also be involved in the development and deployment of strategic objectives. Some of your main focus include: Defining and driving yearly strategy process as well as communication strategy Supporting the project managers making presentations for Steering Committee meetings Consolidating program manning and financial forecasts across the programs and department Assisting the management team executing on improvement processes, leadership and change management in the department Planning and facilitating workshops Qualifications To be considered for this position, we expect you to: Hold at least a Bachelor degree coupled with previous experience in business development, management support and driving strategic projects in a global stakeholder landscape Be used to make presentations at Management level Possess strong skills in PowerPoint and Excel Have fluency in English, both written and spoken As a person, you possess the ability to see the greater picture in a complex and dynamic environment where changes in priorities, projects and timing can occur. You have a clear understanding of what it means to boost value creation through innovation and know how to leverage business development on the journey. You enjoy finding pragmatic ways to solve challenges and co-creating sustainable solutions with stakeholders across the organization. Last but not least, your excellent communication skills allow you to obtain strong commitment. About the department Assembly is a large department within Device Manufacturing Development (DMD). The Assembly department is responsible for bringing high volume assembly lines to the producing sites. DMD is an end-to-end corporate organisation developing medical device products for high volume production, establishing control strategy of the products, improving, and implementing the production equipment at the production sites in different parts of the world. Finally, it is our ambition to drive change by discovering and putting in practice novel digital solutions to our processes. You will join our Assembly management team and be working alongside colleagues with positive and agile mindsets, who will share from their experience on how to improve processes and quality for the future demands.
