The role of the Project Manager
As Project Manager your main responsibilities will be to oversee and manage large-scale projects with our clients from implementation of identified points of action to finalizing and evaluation of the organizational changes.
In collaboration with stakeholders and management you will define and help implement best practices for using their Master Data solution based on analyses of their organization.
Our services mainly target global-scale enterprises with differing needs: some clients already harvest their data; others are about to introduce Master Data Management into their organization. Projects vary from six months to two years depending on the scope.
Customer experience for Astrocytia is key, and we focus on being innovative, professional, and show empathy and respect in everything that we do, both internally and with the clients.
Your assignments include:
The job requires flexibility and an inclination for traveling, as you will be required to undertake client visits both within Denmark and internationally throughout the year.

Finally, you have a keen analytical eye, and pragmatic and structured mind-set that enables you to come up with creative, innovative solutions and understand the practical impact on the client’s organisation.

- Lead and manage digital transformation projects for our clients, ensuring successful execution and delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Utilize your excellent English skills to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions using collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams.
- Manage project management tools like Asana and ensure efficient project tracking and reporting.
- Leverage your knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) and business/process excellence to enhance project outcomes.
- Engagement in pre-sales initiatives with the Sales Team
- Continuously enhance our internal processes, methodology, and value proposition through ongoing improvement efforts.
- Staying updated on market trends and developments
The job requires flexibility and an inclination for traveling, as you will be required to undertake client visits both within Denmark and internationally throughout the year.
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, technology, project management, entrepreneurship, innovation etc.).
- Proven experience in project management, particularly in digital transformations and working with large organizations or brands.
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and experience in facilitating meetings and workshops.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Microsoft Teams and Economic.
- Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, self-driven, and structured approach to work.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
