Project Manager for Public Service & Health (HPS)

About the role
You will be responsible for planning and executing IT-projects at HPS clients in Denmark leading a project including architects, developers, consultants, testers etc. to the successful delivery. You will also orchestrate Accenture personnel and entities on the project and help pursuit additional sales at the client.
In addition, you will have the responsibility for growing the skills and capability of people staffed on the project; supports career development and drives engagement for staffed personnel; and builds a supportive and welcoming culture on the project and the overall account where diversity and inclusion is deeply valued. They will seek to optimize their project’s performance by sourcing the most appropriate talent from across Accenture.
In your role as Project Manager for HPS at Accenture you will:
- Drive the successful delivery of an IT-project with high client satisfaction
- Work closely with client personnel incl. decision makers
- Provide deliverability input to solutioning teams where required
- Optimize the client experience of working with Accenture
- Develop a close working relationship with and understands the thinking of the client’s technology people, business dynamics, and overall strategy
- Drive additional sales in relation to ongoing deliveries
- Bring the best of Accenture and our partners’ offerings to our clients; leverages our Platform, Engineering, and Resale skills and capabilities judiciously.

- You can successfully plan and execute IT-projects involving all relevant stakeholders
- You are ambitious, proactive and want to grow your career by creating great results directly with your clients
- You are a fast learner that appreciates, that the world of technology is rapidly evolving, and you must be able to keep pace
- You set the bar high for quality of your own work and that of your teams
- You have 7+ years IT-experience; preferably in the public sector
- You are an effective communicator, both verbally and written, in Danish (must be mastered) and English
