We are responsible for the core 3D reconstruction, and through technologies and areas such as deep learning, 3D geometry, and statistical estimation, we make using advanced technology seamless for non-technical medical professionals.We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to continue this journey. You will join an R&D team that takes research seriously and that takes pride in developing and perfectioning the idea all the way through to the final solution hits our customers. You can expect to work with one of the strongest AI/3D geometry teams in the country, and most of our colleagues have PhDs and Postdocs in relevant areas such as mathematics, physics, and engineering. Our team also includes some strong software developers. Together with the team you will play a vital role in setting the path and in ensuring TRIOS remains the preferred intraoral scanner.As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for:
  • Driving deliveries from early ideation phase to final deployment.
  • Developing and maintaining our product- and technical roadmaps.
  • Work breakdown, planning, and aligning with team members.
  • Assessing, documenting, and reporting progress and risks within the project.
  • Collaborating with peer project-, program-, and product managers, architects, and other key stakeholders.
  • Working and navigating at operational, tactical, and strategic level.
  • Contributing to the continuous development of internal processes and ways of working.
    • What does it take to succeed? As an R&D project team we are responsible for software delivery. We distinguish ourselves by focusing primarily on signal processing and statistics, which sets us apart from typical software projects. As a project manager you will thrive by comprehending these specialized areas and engaging in constructive dialogues with the experts on our teams. Additionally, you should possess a combination of the following qualifications:
  • Extensive experience managing professional product development projects.
  • Proven track record in research management – from initial innovative ideas to final deliveries and navigating uncertainties.
  • Strong planning abilities, capable of maintaining a holistic project overview while zooming in on critical details.
  • Collaborative approach to working closely with technically adept colleagues, fostering the creation of innovative solutions to intricate challenges.
  • Analytical mindset and structured approach to problem solving.
  • Relevant educational background, preferably with an understanding of concepts such as signal processing, statistics, and geometry.
