As a Senior Manager, you will play a crucial role in establishing and leading a team of 12 drug product project managers. Your focus will be on creating a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment within the team, while also defining structures for portfolio management of our expanding oral portfolio. Good collaboration skills and the ability to establish strong structures for visibility and prioritization are essential for success in this position. Responsibilities also include:
• Leading and developing a team of drug product project managers
• Establishing structures for collaboration, sense of belonging, and knowledge sharing
• Defining structures for portfolio management of the oral portfolio
• Collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we imagine you have:
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a people leader, with a track record of creating dedicated and collaborative teams
• Master's degree in Natural Sciences, Engineering, or equivalent
• Knowledge of drug development phases and project management
• Fluent written and spoken English

In Oral Product Development (OPDEV) we ensure that the oral drug development pipeline turns into commercial products. We manage all oral drug development projects from clinical phase I to one year after launch and ensure robust business processes in the area. You'll be leading a diverse team of Project Managers who all drive projects in close collaboration with line of business to make a positive impact on patients' lives. The Senior Manager position is a direct response to the oral area’s expansion and growth in Novo Nordisk and you will refer to the Director of OPDEV Project Office. Working at Novo Nordisk
