What will you be doing? You will join our Research and Early Development IT (R&ED IT) unit as our IT Project/Portfolio Manager, and work closely with Delivery Leads & Scrum Masters to ensure continuous control of large budgets with complex cost structures. You must be able to not only maintain current budgeting & administrative processes, but also continuously develop them. As a project manager your responsibilities will include the following: Ensuring and developing our processes for budget control Creating transparency and reporting on our portfolio via dashboards in Azure DevOps Developing and keeping our Sharepoint sites updated Creating engaging communication for our area, Managing overview of consultants, training requirement etc. You will also be involved in pre-project tasks, and ongoing projects across our organization. We would expect expect you to engage in these projects with a collaborative mindset, and ability to transcend this mindset into overview and presentations that are easily understood for relevant stakeholders.
The position is based in Måløv, Denmark. The skills we hope to see To be a strong candidate for this position, we have an idea that you will possess many to most of these: Master’s degree (MSc) in business administration, engineering, computer science or other relevant fields and/or min 5 years of experience in IT project management Proven track record of delivering business value, scope, schedule and cost Excellent comprehension of IT and business processes You have an eye for creating transparency via dashboards on portfolio level, as well as linking communication to the objectives we pursue. Experience or willingness to learn to work with projects within the highly regulated (pharma) industry

Research and Early Development IT (R&ED IT) is a unit in Digital, Data, and IT that provides IT solutions when new treatments are discovered, and molecules are being developed. We are the IT partner of Research and Early Development. Our responsibility is to leverage new technology and digitalization and offer a sustainable IT infrastructure needed to bring forward all the work done through important research. To highlight what we do, we build IT solutions to help capture data, provide a cloud foundation to manage the data and do advanced analytics with high-performance computing. With us in R&ED IT, you will step into a sweet spot between IT and research and be part of the first step in the process, from research to the patient.
