As Strategic Business Partner you will function as an internal strategy consultant driving the strategic agenda in Oral Product Development (OPDev) which is part of Emerging Technologies. This includes translating corporate strategy to our business unit, driving and executing strategic projects across the area as well as analyzing internal and external data to guide decision making that will set the direction for future growth, all in close collaboration with management. Your responsibilities will include: Facilitate and drive operational and strategic projects and perform in-depth analysis of areas of interest to OPDev
Identifying, developing and implementing business initiatives to support the overall strategic goals
Ensure pro-active stakeholder management and communication at multiple organisational levels
Following up on actions and creating presentation materials
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have: An academic degree (MSc level or above) within Business Administration, Strategy, Management, Economics, or similar
Minimum three years of experience in a general business support role or as a management consultant
Project management experience and in strategy process implementation
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Fluency in English
Having a proven track record of taking lead on complex tasks and projects would be seen as an advantage

Emerging Technologies (ET) is a newly established SVP (Senior Vice President) area in and is responsible for handling both the oral drug product portfolio as well as incoming products and novel production platforms. As Strategic Business Partner, you will be part of Business Support, covering strategic management support and cross-functional projects across the CVP area. We are looking for an ambitious colleague with an open and curious mind-set and willingness to expand competencies into new areas.
