The Position
As a Senior Project Manager in Intralogistics at Novo Nordisk, you will have the opportunity to work on implementing a fully automated material handling system in a new finished production facility.
In this role, you will also perform the following activities:
• Utilize your expertise in material handling, processes, and ERP systems to ensure the successful execution of the project.
• Collaborate with other track leads to ensure seamless integration across the project.
• Manage project resources, schedules, and budgets to achieve project objectives within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints.
• Analyze designs, methods, and internal manufacturing processes to ensure cost, delivery, and quality targets are met.
• Ensure commitment and satisfaction of stakeholders in and around the project. Being able to balance priorities and communicate effectively. Your workplace will be based in Høje-Taastrup, but as there is collaboration required on a global scale, some travel is expected. It is estimated that this will be around 15-20 days per year.
Qualifications
You should have a bachelor’s or master’s degree within natural sciences, engineering or similar and an excellent command of verbal and written English.
To be successful in this role, you will also need:
• Proven experience in project management, preferably within intralogistics, material handling, warehouse management or similar fields and in a controlled environment.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• The ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
About the Department
You will be joining Fill & Finish Expansions (FFEX). The area is anchored in Product Supply, Quality & IT, which globally employ approximately 28,500 of ’s 64,000 employees. Fill & Finish Expansions is a newly established and growing area with the responsibility to design, plan and build all major fill & finish expansion projects across PSQIT to serve the needs of millions of patients. We do it by rethinking our fill & finish facilities with the use of modern technology. We are setting the standards for the future, designing facilities we will still be proud of many decades from now. Fill & Finish Expansions has a global approach, where you will be working with multiple sites and cultures across the world.
The Senior Project Manager in Intralogistics will be part of our global FFEX project program, focusing on standardization, scalability, and fast time to market. You will be working in a new finished production facility, where we are implementing a fully automated material handling system for a flagship facility with extremely high ambitions.
