The position
As Senior Manager, you will be responsible for 3 teams consisting of around 35 employees and 3 team leaders. You will have the opportunity to establish, serve and lead your organization into an exciting future of Warehouse 4.0. You will be responsible for developing essential skills in your department to tackle any business challenge that comes your way. This also includes recruiting talents, onboarding new team members, providing comprehensive training, and building a high-performing team that's ready to take on our future opportunities and challenges in our production in Gentofte.
Your main responsibilities will be focused on: Ensuring high level of engagement, a healthy organisation, and competent staff Securing stable delivery of high-quality products in a very regulated production environment Providing clear direction, coach and build you team's ability to effectively translate business priorities into operational plans Driving and role model lean mindset Developing your teams and employees for the future Specifically, you will be supporting the running operations of 4 production units, whiles making way for the latest and greatest technology. You will be leading the warehouse organization to ramp-up and launch state-of-the-art warehouse to support the launch of our new high-volume filling line. Qualifications
To be a competitive candidate, you should have: A BSc or MSc related to Life Science or Engineering Experience working as a manager or senior manager in a high paced production and regulated environment (not necessarily in the pharmaceutical industry) Previous experience in people management (being a leader of leaders) Excellent skills building relationships, managing expectations and addressing concerns and issues effectively across the value chain Knowledge working in a continuous improvement culture to solve problems at shopfloor, coach and foster learning Professional proficiency in English and Danish On a personal level, you are proactive and have a high degree of independence, drive and direction setting. You feel empowered by the autonomy of being the one who is responsible for driving the Warehouse agenda. You value close collaboration and shop floor presence.

You will be a part of our Business Support department and report to the Director of the area. Business Support is part of Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD) Aseptic production in Gentofte. As Business Support we support our manufacturing areas across Gentofte. The co-teams in the department are responsible for Investment Projects, Project Portfolio Management, LEAN & Operational Excellence, Digitalisation, Manufacturing Intelligence & Business Intelligence, Planning & Capacity and Training & Onboarding.
In the department we are ambitious and strive to deliver the best possible services to our production departments. To help you do this, we will guarantee you a lot of sparring and development feedback. And we make sure to have fun while we drive the business forward. Working at BRD,
