Then we have the perfect opportunity for you, as Campaign Manager, to build the Oticon brand and influence the business forward by developing impactful marketing activities and campaign worldwide.
You will be part of :
The Oticon Brand Management team, who contributes to the Oticon strategy by delivering a solid Oticon brand platform and compelling marketing activities. These enable and support sale of the Oticon hearing aid portfolio, globally. We operate primarily in the Business-to-Business segment, always with an audiological angle in mind; -true to our BrainHearing™-philosophy. The team consists of three departments: Brand, Campaign and commercially oriented Audiologists, with daily interface and interdependencies.
As a Campaign Manager, you will be accountable for implementing brand initiatives as well as marketing campaigns, prioritized by the Oticon Marketing Roadmap. You will work within the go-to-market process and be responsible for delivering segmented Go-to-Market toolboxes to our markets, to support their local deployment.

We imagine that you bring a relevant educational background on master’s level. You enjoy marketing and have multiple years of experience; either from a larger international organization or an agency, where you have learned how to deliver on initiatives and projects and the capabilities to execute on it.
You have solid project management skills, and at ease with strategic planning and execution. You have acquired a solid communication toolbox along the way which enables you to maneuver on all levels in the organization. As a person you can build professional relationships and approach your stakeholders with openness and curiosity. You think commercially and with an omnichannel mindset - motivated by creating and executing in an agile format.
You are determined and ready to take your own decisions and you are prepared to take full ownership of your tasks.

You can look forward to:
- Co-own and project manage marketing activities and brand-related initiatives.
- Support briefing of internal as well as external marketing agencies, including PR agencies.
- Collaborate across teams and key markets to develop key messages for activities.
- Plan strategic efforts to meet timelines, budget, and expectation management for multiple stakeholders.
- Measure the effectiveness of initiatives and reporting on results while identifying areas of improvement.
- Drive editorial board to fulfill the content plan.
- Keep up to date with market developments and competitor strategies.
- Provide input to, and continuously align activity development with the Go-to-Market process and Oticon Marketing Roadmap
- Act as a brand ambassador internally and ensure full compliance with our brand guidelines.
