Your impact
As our new Senior Project Manager, you will become part of our Project Excellence team, a team of highly experienced and professional project managers. You will be leading medium to large size project teams consisting of between 5-30 highly motivated and engaged experts from various cross-functional disciplines.
We work in a matrix organization with an ongoing focus on modernizing our ways of working. We are on an existing journey towards a transformation to working more and more agile. In this role you will be working on several projects with participants and stakeholders both within and outside the hardware organization.
Your responsibilities will include:

Your background
We expect you to have a relevant educational background, M.Sc. (Civil), B.Sc. (Diploma) within Acoustical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Release Training Engineer or equivalent fields.
We expect you to have several years of experience from developing project teams in a multi-product R&D organization, and it will give you a head start if you have an understanding or experience in agile methodologies and have previously worked within the field of medical devices, consumer electronics, or in a regulated industry.
An open mindset for moving in modern Agile ways of working is mandatory for the role and experience from lean and agile development methods is seen beneficial.

- Project managing of multidisciplined HW Platform Projects (mechanics, electronics, and electroacoustics)
- Scope management, time management, risk management, quality management, resource management and financial/budget management of projects
- Leading engaged, diverse and multidisciplined HW Platform Project Teams - consisting of experts from different areas
- Facilitate collaboration in a multifaceted stakeholder setting for project-related activities. Overall responsible of project delivery and medical compliance
- Participate actively and regularly in initiatives improving strategies, processes, and ways of working in our project team
- Playing an active role in our transition towards an agile way of working
