As part of Topsoe`s decarbonization journey we are looking for experienced EPC / EPCM project managers to run projects in the Power-to-X area as well as highly challenging demonstration projects of Topsoe´s new technologies in cooperations with strategic partners and customers around the globe and in our own plant production facilities.Who we’re looking forWe are looking for skilled leaders that enjoy being part of a growing industry developing new technologies for decarbonization from drawing board to commercialization and want to run the first wave of large-scale Power-to-X projects for major industry clients.As the global demand for green Hydrogen, ammonia and methanol will continuously increase we are looking for your EPC(M) experience to successfully manage first of a kind projects and thereby be part of maturing and standardizing these types of projects. In short – we need professional pioneers.

Job location possible in Essen (Germany), Lyngby or Frederikssund (Denmark).
Travel will occur as needed approx. 30-60 days a year.Location:What you’ll bringWhat you’ll bringA passion for working with highly specialized people Your solution oriented mind - efficient and structured Curiousness and willingness to challenge the status quo Motivation to innovate and share knowledge A strong focus on QEHS and work ethics for own team as well as subcontractor teams A passion for working with highly specialized peopleYour solution oriented mind - efficient and structuredCuriousness and willingness to challenge the status quoMotivation to innovate and share knowledgeA strong focus on QEHS and work ethics for own team as well as subcontractor teamsQualificationsQualificationsBachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, construction management, project management or similar Long term experience (approximately 10 years) in execution of complex projects (EP, EPC, EPCM), preferably in the Petro-chemical industry, energy sectors or similar areas Project Management Certification (PMI / IPMA or similar) Sound commercial and business understanding, experienced in contract & claim management Focused on risk & opportunity management throughout the projects, experienced in implementing recovery / acceleration programs Focus on building a strong project management team, setting clear goals and directions and empower the team to deliver on time, quality, and budget Excellent communication & negotiations skills Experience in managing multiple subcontractors and complex interfaces Experience in execution of technology projects including hardware and vendor interaction Technical understanding of Chemical or Hydro-processing business is an advantage.
