Responsibilities
“You will be working with the brands to establish how to roll out our global segmentation projects. We have collected data, now what is our next step? And that’s where we need you! How do we use it?” says your new manager, Elizabeth Klestov.
As our Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for project planning and execution of strategic projects relating to Marketing Excellence. You will support the facilitation of Marketing Excellence and portfolio brand strategy initiatives in close collaboration with the Director of the Marketing Office and key stakeholders of all levels, across functions and of course, around the world. For the right person, we will consider a Director title for this position.
Strategy is important but execution is everything
Strategy is deciding what to do and execution is all about making it happen.
“With this position, we want to bring marketing excellence to life. We are looking for someone who can be a strategic thinker, and at the same time be hands on and practical when it comes to shaping the training in our academy and how we deliver strategic workshops” says Elizabeth.
In this role you will be bridging strategy and execution. On one hand know where we are going, and on the other hand showing a way how to get there.
Your responsibilities will be broad and varied, including:
- project planning & execution
- delivering a range of projects (strategic, brand and commercial), including scoping, timelines, governance structures, onboarding the larger organization, and facilitating communication.
- communicate and negotiate with several internal and external stakeholders
- budget input/responsibility for own area
- support the annual strategic calendar, promote the key processes and stakeholder alignment
Broad marketing knowledge
We imagine that you have a degree in marketing, but your experience is equally interesting for us.
You know your way around driving your own projects, particularly within marketing at a large international company. You are structured in your thinking and approach and can create a strong plan for executing complex projects.
Ideally, you have experience with segmentation and multi-brand strategies across different channels at both a global and even a local level.
As this role is part of the Marketing Office, a nice-to-have is formal training in Safe or Lean processes would be well regarded.
Good networking and stakeholder management abilities will enable you to navigate in our organisation, where we are known for a flat and informal structure.
