The position As Knowledge Management Professional in Novo Nordisk’s Global Contract Manufacturing (GCM) organisation, you play a crucial role within the Project Management Office (PMO), your primary responsibility involving establishing a standardised system to capture and share best practices, aiming to make explicit and easily accessible knowledge - most often, residing inside the minds of the project managers. Your key tasks include: Contributing to the development and implementation of a knowledge management framework and governance model for capturing project knowledge and fostering continuous improvement Analysing project lessons learned, ensuring feedback to the PMO Process Excellence Manager Facilitating workshops (e.g., lessons learned) with project teams to capture best practices that can help benefit the organisation Providing post-workshop assistance, including resource sharing, documenting minutes and action log, participating in debrief meetings, and collecting key learnings Enhancing workshop facilitation handbooks, drafting guidelines and templates, and managing digital knowledge repository, while helping with ad-hoc tasks
Qualifications To be considered for this position, we imagine you: Possess a master’s degree in Social Science, Business Administration, Strategy or a related field Showcase proficient digital skills, including experience with Miro, MS Planner, MS Whiteboard, and MS365 tools Collaborate seamlessly across different areas, managing multiple workshops within challenging timeframes Demonstrate the capability to engage people, build trust in relationships, and secure commitment from internal stakeholders Exhibit fluency in both spoken and written English It would be considered an advantage if you hold a certification in Knowledge Management (e.g., CKM). As a person, you embody proactivity, a results-driven mindset, and strong teamwork; your success is built on effective communication, a deep grasp of organisational dynamics, a structured work ethos, and a natural passion for cross-functional collaboration. You possess strong social and negotiation skills, coupled with exceptional organisation, flexibility, and the ability to flourish in a fast-paced, highly-regulated environment. About The DepartmentPMO is a new sub-department that aims to be the Centre of Excellence in Project Management for GCM. PMO is part of the GCM Projects Department, which is responsible for all commercial tech transfer projects to Contract Manufacturing Organisations (CMOs). Apart from the PMO, the GCM Projects Department consists of 20+ highly engaged Sr./Project Managers focused on executing tech transfer projects. The department also offers development opportunities to further advance your project management skills and to grow into a project manager role.
