We are looking for Associate Project Managers to support our project organization in delivering our complex solutions. You will become part of a large team of experienced and highly competent project managers where you will be able to learn and grow into the project manager role.
Your role:
As Associate Project Manager, you will interact with experts, System Engineers and Project Managers. You will act as project associate in major customer projects and support our senior project managers. You will play a key role in evaluating the project´s progress, supporting colleagues and protect the company´s interests.
Your daily tasks and areas of responsibility:
• Monitor and document the project´s progress according to the agreed project plans. This includes updating milestone plans, responsibility assignment matrix, work breakdown etc.
• Coordinate project activities e.g. organize and prepare project meetings.
• Support the project managers in the management of the project team.
• Manage the project members and allocate them according to the resource allocation.
• Prepare reports and presentation material for steering group meetings.

The projects are complex, and the learning curve will be steep. You need to be a team player with a proactive mindset, who learns quickly and thrives in managing a lot of different stakeholders such as customers, suppliers, engineers, project managers, etc.
We are a global working environment and therefore we are looking for candidates with various backgrounds and experiences. Our company language is English, and you need to be able to speak and write English fluently.
