We are looking for a Sourcing Manager or Senior Sourcing Manager to become part of our growing and ambitious Sourcing Team. If you have strong commercial acumen, great interpersonal skills and you enjoy negotiations why not get in touch?
Sourcing play a key role in this exciting and challenging journey, and you will working closely together with a dedicated business area as a trusted procurement partner ensuring that Sourcing related activities match ´s objectives from start to finish. You will be working in a dynamic, fun and fast-paced environment with colleagues across the Nordics and Poland.
Your key responsibility will be to find innovative and more cost efficient ways of delivering banking services, and we will invest heavily in your training and development enabling you to learn and grow as you build your career with us.

About this opportunity
Sourcing works closely with our Business Units within to deliver cost savings, process efficiencies and create value whilst ensuring regulatory compliance.
You will be working as a procurement partner taking responsibility for the spend and contract portfolio within your dedicated business area ensuring as well as running sourcing projects in accordance with Procurement Policy and related guidelines as well as applicable laws, rules and regulations.
Specifically, you will drive a wide range of procurement activities including:
