Are you an expert in strategic financial planning and business case analysis? Can you support and back-up negotiations with customers and strategic partners? IQ Metal Group is developing rapidly and to support the ambitious growth strategies, a number of key people are now being recruited. The new colleagues will join a recently established business development team working across the IQ Metal Group. Reference is directly to the company's top management and the varying tasks will be targeted development of markets, strategic partnerships, organizations, technologies, systems and processes.

The job The position as Business Controller is a new position as part of the strategic new business development team.
With references to the Group CEO and in close cooperation with the Group CFO and the domestic management your tasks and responsibilities will be dealing with:
Workplace The need of the busines controling covers the whole group with base in Århus, but as a large proportion of our activities are ongoing in IQ Metal Sp. z o.o.you can expect extensive travelling to Szczecin in Poland.
The ideal candidate You are motivated by the prospect of joining a very dynamic environment in which there is room for adding your personal footprint. You are self-managing and self-driven as well as a hands-on person. You will not have a team to manage. Instead, you will achieve goals through key persons in the organization with your personality, competence and ambition. We expect that you are able to execute, motivate and that you feel confident on at all levels in a flat and informal organization. As you will be in touch with a broad number of people and functions, we expect you to be friendly, open minded and have a challenge-solving proactive attitude.
Experience, competences and educational background Your education and proven experience will qualify you for the position as our new Business Controller. Min. 5 years of relevant experience from a similar job with good references is a must. You are very experienced in ERP systems as well as you are mastering the toolbox in term of Microsoft Office and advanced Excel. Experience with BI is preferable.
Communication in English is a must.

- Support and back-up in ongoing negotiations with current customers and strategic partners
- Supporting group and domestic management in analyzing P&L and balance sheet reporting
- Participation in budgeting, strategy- and scenario planning
- Developing and implementing BI in organization and group
- Performance measures, KPI´s and dashboards
- Cost-benefit analyses
- Product-, Customer- and Portfolio related profitability analyses
- Developing appropriate calculation- and cost frameworks
- Continuous improvements
- Ad-hoc tasks and support for management and organization
