The Danish Salaried Employees Act (Funktionærloven), pension, health insurance and lunch arrangement are available.

Work location: Rødbyhavn.

Your responsibilities
- Executing the full payroll for FLC staff
- Submit input to our payroll provider
- Checking payslips and other payroll calculations
- Maintaining close contact with the payroll provider
- Coordinate the work of the payroll assistants
- Liaise with the rest of the HR team and the timekeepers
- Supporting and advising staff and management on payroll issues
- Preparation of reports, settlements and reconciliations, both internal and external
Qualifications
We expect that our ideal candidate:
- Has broad experience with payroll and time management systems
- Excellent Excel skills, working with large documents
- Solid command of Danish and English both written and spoken
- Experience in an international organisation is preferred
Competencies
We expect that you have/ are:
- Experience within a similar role as payroll coordinator in a medium or big company, where you had comparable responsibilities
- Knowledge of Danish Holiday Act, sick law and Collective Labour Agreements
- Precise and able to work independently and in a structured way
