We are looking for IT Controller ready to BECome a trusted partner to Senior Management
Based in our office in Roskilde, you will be part of the finance team and in conjunction with finance and IT business development. Our new IT Controller will provide comprehensive financial insights and support around our agreement with JN Data and support the IT Operation Director with financial guidance by having great communication skills.
You will report to the finance manager, and you will BECome part of a team consisting of finance business partners.
In Finance, we are having a fun, busy and exciting workday, where focus is on supporting all business divisions within BEC, with valid and timely financial management reporting, analysis, and forward-looking insight. It is important for us to have a close cooperation with our stakeholders through a data driven insight, challenge and support the decision process on all organizational levels. Our focus is continuously on improving the internal financial management across the organization.
Primary tasks and responsibilities
In the position as Finance Business Partner, you will work closely with IT Operation Director. Your primary tasks and responsibilities will include:

You are holding a master’s degree in finance, business administration, management, or accounting. You are experienced within finance or similar, preferably within a Fintech company and now you want to grow in a great company.
Beside the above mentioned, you:
• Are an expert in MS office
• Have strong communication skills
• Have a structured, pragmatic, and proactive approach
• Have a combined strategic and analytical mindset
• Strive to meet deadlines
With colleagues in teams distributed in Denmark and Poland, you must master English and Danish at a high level both in writing and orally.

- Controlling and Governance around our agreement with JN Data
- The divisions quarterly business review
- Assist IT Operation Director with forward-looking financial insight
- Monthly financial management reporting including FTE overview
- Optimize the cost base for both IT Operation and JN Data
- Streamline and standardized financial process with JN Data
