NNIT is looking for an ambitious Group Financial Controller

Your responsibilities as a Group Financial Controller
We are a global business integrated finance unit which focuses on providing value-added services for NNIT's board and Management. NNIT as a company has a history of data-driven decision-making and we are enriched with large amounts of financial data, which the finance function is owning. Therefore, there is a large dependency and trust in the finance function.
As our new Group Financial Controller, you will be joining a great team of dedicated and professional colleagues working with similar tasks. You will work out of our Headquarter in Copenhagen, and you will report to the Head of Controlling. In this position you will be playing a vital role in our month-, quarterly- and year-end procedures relevant to both our internal and external reporting, our financial compliance framework and our finance transformation.
To succeed in this job, it is important that you collaborate with your colleagues and build a good and trustful relationship with your stakeholders globally. You are eager to learn new things and can adapt to new ways of working quickly, as we continuously rethink our finance processes and build our capabilities within Controlling. This means that you should be curious, ask questions and suggest solutions.
Your qualifications
Since we are a global company, you will be involved in cross-cultural collaboration. Consequently, it is important that you communicate on a high level in written and verbal English. Travel is not expected.
The ideal profile is currently working as an auditor or as a financial controller, having finalized a cand.merc.aud or HD(R), perhaps supported by relevant experience.

Your responsibilities as a Group Financial Controller

As our new Group Financial Controller, you will be joining a great team of dedicated and professional colleagues working with similar tasks. You will work out of our Headquarter in Copenhagen, and you will report to the Head of Controlling. In this position you will be playing a vital role in our month-, quarterly- and year-end procedures relevant to both our internal and external reporting, our financial compliance framework and our finance transformation.
- Participate in the preparation of internal and external consolidated financial statements for monthly, quarterly and annual reporting
- Financial controlling of parent company in Denmark
- Perform internal control procedures and compliance reviews
- Period close reconciliations and reviews
- Planning and implementation of existing and future financial controlling and accounting tasks in close cooperation with the accounting department
- Participate in optimizing projects on financial processes and accounting policies as well as maintaining and strengthening internal controls
- Participate in integration of new ERP and consolidation system
- Financial controlling and giving guidance on special accounting related issues and transactions
- Supporting and giving guidance to local finance teams in subsidiaries
- Preparing external IFRS reporting to NASDAQ
- Coordinate with external tax consultants

Your qualifications

- Proven track-record from similar financial controlling position or from your work as an auditor.
- Sound analytical skills within financial information
- Mastering Excel
- IFRS experience from a Danish based corporation
- University degree in Business Economics and Auditing (cand.merc.aud or HD(R) i.e.)
The ideal profile is currently working as an auditor or as a financial controller, having finalized a cand.merc.aud or HD(R), perhaps supported by relevant experience.
