ABOUT THE JOB
As our evening Housekeeping Supervisor, you will coordinate our turn down service and be part of preparing our guests´ rooms so they can enjoy a comfortable night. You will ensure the ultimate standards of cleanliness of rooms and public areas at the hotel according to the Leading Hotels of the World guidelines. You will be the contact person for our guests, our reception and other departments. Along with our Housekeeping Manager and other Supervisors, you will lead the team by giving them ongoing support, feedback, and training in order to ensure our guests are elevated during their whole stay. The shifts are only during evenings, both on weekdays and some weekends and the position is part time.
WE EXPECT
You share the passion for excellence and enjoy engaging with guests and colleagues. You are outgoing and great teamwork is important for you. You are autonomous, good at communicating and can keep the big overview. We expect that you have previous housekeeping experience and have a good level of English as well as can do mindset.
