Brasserie LangeGade NR2 is a restaurant with a classy, cozy and informal atmosphere in the center of the city of Kerteminde. The brasserie serves Danish dishes inspired by German and French cuisine and prepared from fresh and local produce.

A professional chef, who approaches the job with pride and passion. We are in charge of a busy restaurant. We are looking for someone who is as ambitious as we are, but who is at the same time able to be a good team player.
Who are we
Brasserie LangeGade NR2 is situated on the square in the center of Kerteminde, Denmark. We serve lunch and dinner made from fresh seasonal ingredients and with a focus on simplicity and high quality local produce. We don’t compromise with the quality of our dishes, which is reflected in the way we create everything from scratch.
At our restaurant, we are all service-minded. The team spirit is harmonious, cheerful and informal. We have a common goal and seek to help each other when needed. In Brasserie LangeGade NR2, we highly value our position as hosts and service providers and as our chef, you will participate in giving our guests a special experience every time they visit us - as we are lucky to have many regulars.

About the job
- Fulltime position with working hours primarily between 11 AM to 9 PM weekdays and weekends
- Off every Sunday and Monday
- Salary based on trade agreements and qualifications
- Start date first of March 2022.
- Permanent contract for more than one year.
