Experienced Business Analyst to join our Technical Project Management and Business Analyst Team
In this role, you will play a key part in leading discussions related to the requirements of IT applications projects across Finance & Group Systems in Global IT.

You will collaborate closely with service and business owners, vendors, and colleagues across DSV’s global organisation. This will give you a unique opportunity to develop a broad network and exposure throughout the company.

As the transport industry is always evolving, you must be adaptable, proactive, and able to thrive and structure your work in a rapid changing work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Business Analyst your main responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the development and implementation of industry-leading products and applications.
• Acting as a liaison between business and IT department, bridging the communication.
• Understanding the business needs, eliciting requirements, and effectively communicating requirements to the IT team.
• Utilizing your technical and functional knowledge and experience to assess processes, suggest improvements, create specifications, and support implementation of data-driven solutions.
• Facilitating discussions within IT development teams and with the business to ensure a clear understanding of deliverables and to identify the best solutions.
• Taking end-to-end ownership of preparing flow diagrams and defining requirements for the projects and supporting them to successful completion.
• Enabling, coordinating, and participating in User Acceptance Testing to ensure the quality of deliverables.
• Demonstrating excellent communication skills, building relationships, and aligning with stakeholders across the organisation.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, we expect the following qualifications:

• A degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proved experience as a Business Analyst in a similar role, preferably within the IT or transportation industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to decipher complex business processes and systems.
• Proficient communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Experience in eliciting requirements, creating specifications, and working closely with development teams.
• Proficiency in relevant business analysis and required tools & certifications
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Danish is an advantage, but it is not a prerequisite
