In this role you will be supporting a solution used by Ramboll colleagues around the globe to manage documents and collaborate on projects delivering towards Ramboll’s clients.</p><p>You will be part of a division with various applications in the portfolio. You will be based in our Danish office and collaborate with team members in Denmark and India as well as users globally. We work within an agile framework with sprint planning, stand-up meetings, retrospectives, and sprint reviews. In Business Applications, we have a strong collaboration culture and retain high employee satisfaction.</p><p>Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:</p><ul><li>Daily interface between the Filery Operations Team and business process owners and users in handling and refining change requests via dialogue with business users, process owners and SMEs</li><li>Being the voice of the customer. Following up with end users to understand their pains and gains so that you can shape recommendations for solution roadmap and requirements</li><li>Driving the Problem-solving and analysis of focus areas where needed with business users and technical team, listing and comparing different solution options</li><li>Presenting of issues, proposals, and status updates to stakeholders</li><li>Specify, test and quality assurance of change requests as part of development and release cycle. This includes conducting UAT, validation sessions and implementation for features, configurations, and new functionalities</li><li>Support or manage roll out of Filery releases including communication with end users (release notes and guidelines)</li><li>Keeping know-how, guidelines, and training material up to date and technical documentation consistent with releases</li><li>Assist SMEs in advanced user support where required</li><li>Be part of shaping up operating model to ensure close connection with end users, staying on top of business process changes and shaping up roadmap in an agile way.</li></ul><p><strong>Your starting point for constant growth</strong></p><p>From the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company. For this role, we believe your starting point is:</p><ul><li>Experience defining software requirements for complex products, either as a business analyst, consultant, or equivalent role in Agile software delivery</li><li>2-5 years relevant experience</li><li>Ability to understand complex technical concepts and present them in simple terms to nontechnical team members and customers</li><li>Experience working with document management solution (support, design, or implementation). Especially relevant if the experience comes from engineering industry</li><li>Experience of SaaS deployment and configuration</li><li>Have great stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills that help you move and progress in a matrix organisation</li><li>Excellent communication skills: crisp, clear, and precise</li><li>Knowledge of ProjectWise and Microsoft O365 is strong advantage</li></ul><p>Personal qualities that will help you succeed in this role include:  you have a consultant’s mindset – heart and brain.
