At our Headquarters in Odense, Denmark, we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support strategical decision-making through business analysis and controlling.
As our Senior Business Analyst for KOMPAN A/S in HQ, you will be responsible for developing areas of business analysis as well as aiding in the execution of insights and analytical conclusions. It includes:
You will support strategic decision-making with business analysis and controlling and you will also aid in the implementation of these decisions. You work across our complete value chain and with all our subsidiaries.
To facilitate efficient decision-making, financial forecasting and analysis is essential, and it will also be one of your responsibilities.
Moreover, another area of responsibility is within market analysis, including:
You will be part of Group Finance referring to the Group Finance Director. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across departments, teams, and countries. Your collaborative relationships include teams within HQ in DK, etc. Group Master Data & BI and Group Treasury & Owner relations, but also across sales units in our subsidiaries.
You will enter a dynamic growth company and a very professional environment giving you the opportunity to develop both personally and professionally.
You possess a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in driving processes within business analysis and controlling at a senior level. You hold a cand.merc., HD or similar.
As you will collaborate with colleagues globally, you have previously been a part of a company with a subsidiary structure in an international set-up.
To provide market analysis and to be responsible for optimization and standardization projects, you are a specialist in business analysis and controlling. You possess an understanding of how to develop international business.

- Cost analysis
- Networking capital analysis
You will support strategic decision-making with business analysis and controlling and you will also aid in the implementation of these decisions. You work across our complete value chain and with all our subsidiaries.
To facilitate efficient decision-making, financial forecasting and analysis is essential, and it will also be one of your responsibilities.
Moreover, another area of responsibility is within market analysis, including:
- Market deep dive
- Competitor analysis and market analysis
- Benchmark analysis on pricing
Join Group Finance
You will be part of Group Finance referring to the Group Finance Director. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across departments, teams, and countries. Your collaborative relationships include teams within HQ in DK, etc. Group Master Data & BI and Group Treasury & Owner relations, but also across sales units in our subsidiaries.
You will enter a dynamic growth company and a very professional environment giving you the opportunity to develop both personally and professionally.
A specialist within business analysis and controlling
You possess a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in driving processes within business analysis and controlling at a senior level. You hold a cand.merc., HD or similar.
As you will collaborate with colleagues globally, you have previously been a part of a company with a subsidiary structure in an international set-up.
To provide market analysis and to be responsible for optimization and standardization projects, you are a specialist in business analysis and controlling. You possess an understanding of how to develop international business.
Further, to be successful in the role, you:
- Possess business acumen
- Have a structured and analytic work approach in order to deliver great insights
- Are clear and precise in analytical presentations to management teams
- Persistent and cooperative as you will implement initiatives and work closely with colleagues across the group
- Are fluent in Danish and English orally and in writing
