We are currently looking for a new Digital Business Analyst to join our team and build the bridge between IT and business.
Join a Dedicated Dynamic IT Department
Our Product Data Solutions Team provide various parts of the organization with essential product data and we need your help to transform new business requirements into functional solutions. You will be working together with a dedicated team consisting of 12 colleagues. In your daily work you will collaborate closely with developers and architects, and together you will build our Product Data Solutions of the future.
We have flexible working conditions and an informal and engaging work atmosphere. You will have some highly professional and helpful colleagues, for whom knowledge sharing comes naturally. You will especially be working closely with our solution architect also located at our Demant Head Quarter in Smørum. Naturally, you will also be working with important stakeholders all around the organization.
Identifing and finding the requirements of the business
Your main tasks will involve reviewing and qualifying incoming requirements, big and small, for changes to our products and integration components.
This will involve participating in stakeholder meetings, collect and shape business requirements into well-defined features and user stories and taking ownership throughout the process towards final delivery.
In this role you will be responsible for turning the analyzes into concrete solutions – and you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the process from A to Z.

Since we are a global company 10-12 days of travelling per year can be expected.
Your Backpack
In order to be successful in the role, we envision that you have a technical background, such as an IT or Engineering degree with professional experience from having worked in the field of digital solutions. Maybe you also have experience with product data. You will not be programming in this role, however knowledge and experience with .net framework and Micosoft Azure is inevitable – in order for you to be able to spare with and understand the requirements of the business.
As a person you are positive by nature in your approach to new challenges and uncertainties. You can contribute at different levels — from delivering the business analysis through cross-systems solution design to the information architecture of the product.
Collecting, structuring, and keeping track of IT resources and requests from the business comes natural to you.
As you will coordinate and use information from several areas in our company, you have good communications skills and can understand and communicate complex technical details in an easy-to-understand manner. Being able to understand our solutions and filter out ideas that does not match our application landscape is also an important competency in this job.
Finally, you are known as someone who creates progress in projects and solutions.

- Connecting IT and business by collecting and analyzing new requirements from key stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into value-based IT initiatives.
- In collaboration with Lead Solution Architect, build and maintain product roadmap and keep track of our Product Data and IT resources.
- Participate in daily standup meetings with developers and important stakeholders.
- Being a stakeholder advocate and ensure that stakeholder needs and expectations are met within the product.
- Taking ownership of development features from funnel to release.
