Ferrosan Medical Devices develops and produces a portfolio of Medical Devices used in surgical care. Our portfolio consists of various hemostatic products to minimize bleeding challenges in surgery and electromechanical Medical Devices to perform breast biopsies. We are an international company with products registered in more than 100 countries. Our products are marketed in collaboration with global MedTech partners. New ideas are developed and matured from the first thought to finished implementation in production. Your role:
- Supporting Danish Finance Team within Accounts Payables area:
- Responsibility for invoice processing in SAP
- Reconcile the AP balance sheet accounts and create AP accruals
- Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies
- Communication with vendors
- Perform data entry with precision and maintain detailed financial records for Polish branch
- Prepare basic financial reports to support various departments within the company
- Support month-end and year-end close processes
- Collaborate with team members on ad hoc projects
Your profile:
- University degree in finance, accounting or relevant field
- At least 2 year experience in an accounting role or similar position
- Understanding of accounting principles
- English language at a level sufficient to communicate freely with the Danish team
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with accounting software Microsoft Dynamics AX and SAP will be a big plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the role
