The department


In Sales and Marketing, you will be part of a growing sales team. You will work closely together with pre-sales consultants and marketing in developing and driving sales promoting activities. As part of Sales and Marketing, you will join a team of mixed seniority and competences, where all bring a ‘can-do’ attitude to work to help our customers the best possible.

You will refer to Chief of Sales and Marketing, Christian Jul Jensen. He has a strong commercial background and cybersecurity experience from both consultant and director positions. Christian brings a ‘down to earth’ approach to the role as leader and will ensure the necessary support and motivation in his team for them to do their best.

About the position


As Account Directorin Dubex, you will contribute to the company’s success by building strong and trustful customer relationship with new and existing customers. Your responsibility will cover both driving new sales initiatives and attracting new customers, as well as managing an existing customer portfolio, ensuring continuous satisfaction and potential business opportunities.

You will take action on a strong pipeline of potential prospects, driving sales cycles from initial presentation to contract negotiation.

Your sales approach is built on creating a trustful relation, identifying customer’s needs and challenges. With your passion for cybersecurity, you can articulate, how different solutions can have positive influence on the customers’ business.

You understand to work together with a team of inhouse specialists, to define and deliver the best cybersecurity solutions.

You will play an important role in representing Dubex at key industry events, where you help maintain the company’s renowned reputation and brand within the cybersecurity community.

Your primary responsibilities include


  • Developing relationships with new and existing clients, finding new leads and sales opportunities.

  • Initiate sales cycles and follow them from beginning to closing.

  • Collaborate with colleagues in the service delivery, to structure and validate services offerings and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Active networking - engage with relevant organisations within the cybersecurity community e.g., through key industry events.


Your professional qualifications


  • 5+ years of professional experience with sales within digital & cybersecurity, having the ability to sell complex solutions and services to a wide range of customers in private and public sector.

  • Strong business background with experience selling B2B.

  • Demonstrable track record of managing a personal pipeline and hitting or exceeding targets.

  • Knowledge of cybersecurity standards and frameworks.

  • Oral and written proficiency in both Danish and English.


Following are considered an advantage:


  • Experience with selling MDR services

  • Ability to understand, articulate and discuss technical cybersecurity topics

  • Understanding of legislative demands and compliance requirements related to cybersecurity.

Curious and proactive. You take great interest in learning new technologies and find it natural to seek answers to the things you do not know. You are always looking for new ways to resolve problems.

About the employment


Your workplace will be at our office in Søborg, but you will also participate in meetings and tasks with our customers. The position is to be filled as soon as possible.
