Telesales Manager


Verisure is seeking a talented, innovative, passionate Telesales Manager to support our growing operations in Denmark.
The role will part of a growing and talented Commercial team and you will be a key member of the country’s Extended Management Team and have full accountability to lead Verisure’s telesales approach which will deliver significant impact on the business. The role is based in Glostrup. The role will be expected to deliver impact quickly and develop as the business grows.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to create strategies that will drive high-performance, positive business results, and shareholder value, it will contribute to the continuous development of the Telesales function, its strategic impact via programs and processes to support the business growth. This leader will integrate Verisure’s current team, while innovating on the overall approach to Telesales including building new capabilities.

The Telesales Manager will be expected to:

  • Be accountable for the full day to day delivery of the Telesales budget

  • Build the approach on solid analytics through the use of a dashboards and KPI’s

  • Develop the future Telesales function including outbound telesales capability

  • Design, Align and Build the future Telesales organization to ensure delivery of the channels commitments including expansion into unserved and underserved areas.

  • Together with the Business leaders drive reorganization of teams and departments to best support the continued growth of the organization

  • Own, continue developing and execute with excellence our approach to People Management, onboarding and training ensuring that we have the right winning team to deliver against our growth objectives

  • Strengthen sustainable engagement through structured action plans

  • Create a high-performance organization with a strong objective-driven agenda and aligning culture with strategy to deliver business results.


Your profile


We are looking for a high potential / top performer individual who will have the opportunity to learn from a growing organization and have a real impact on the business.

  • Bachelor’s degree in fields such as business administration, business management, finance, or related fields or related experience is a plus but not required.

  • Sales (preferably telesales) leader having worked team coaching, day to day delivery of budget commitments, KPI analysis including turning insights into action.

  • Strong analytical skills, data organization and processing – to create focused action plans and drive insights through performance and efficiency metrics.

  • Track record of effectively support the implementation and the professionalization of HR processes.

  • Ability to work effectively at both strategic and operational levels - strategic thinker, who can develop a clear agenda for the telesales function and be an operational executor in the day to day.

  • Experienced with developing overall capabilities of a business team– including effective people coaching, engagement, development.

  • Ability to research best practices and network internally and externally

  • Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)

  • Fluent in Danish and English
