Key account manager to global accounts



A strong Key Account Manager with the ability to develop global accounts.

The position


You will be responsible for BB Electronics’ global customers mainly in Europe comprising:

  • the responsibility for customer revenue and earnings
  • plan and conduct quarterly price calculations
  • plan and conduct quarterly business reviews on management level
  • establishing and developing customer relations
  • contributing to the continuous development of global accounts customers’ satisfaction
  • being constantly focused on high performance within quality, time of delivery, and visualization of BB Electronics' competitiveness
  • initiating business development in cooperation with the customers – based on well-worked business cases
  • close collaboration with internal customer focus teams led by the Program Manager
  • drawing up offers and presenting solutions
  • drawing up and securing implementation of Key Account plans.

Your profile


It is considered a matter of course that you have experience in sales and the development of customer relations in large professional organizations. Furthermore, it is essential that you have comprehensive knowledge of the EMS industry, electronics production, and solution sales. 

  • You have a strong commercial background, technical understanding, and thorough knowledge of the electronic business including specifically the EMS industry.
  • You have a good business sense, and you are emphatic and trustworthy.
  • You have a strong cultural understanding of organizations, through which you contribute to effective communication and collaboration.
  • You have experience with complex logistics and production relations in global accounts.
  • You are good at building relations, externally and internally, on all levels in the organization. 

As a person you are:

  • result-oriented and competent to transact business
  • structured and well organized
  • a strong communicator in English, verbally, as well as in writing
  • able to manage multiple tasks at the same time and still remain the overview
  • able to work independently and focus on the strength of a well-functioning team
  • persistent, have a good temper, and a high self-esteem.
