Job description

You will be one of the key persons in field sales while also ensuring good customer care for our current and new customers of logistics, automation, and self-service products for libraries. You are passionate about creating results and building relationships, and you enjoy selling quality products as well as delivering a great customer experience.

You will report to the Sales Director, Europe. Your new colleagues are all specialists with high professional expertise within their field.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Independently seek out and service potential and current customers
  2. Create new, direct sales opportunities within the target group
  3. Consulting and servicing librarians, IT managers and library management
  4. Preparation of customer-oriented offers and tender responses in local language
  5. Registration of activities, opportunities, and maintenance of pipeline via CRM
  6. Knowledge sharing and networking
  7. The job involves travel activity and, depending on your residence, you should expect approximately 100 days away from home

Qualifications:

  1. You have good proven experience in sales as well as maintenance of new and existing customers
  2. You are self-motivated and able to communicate with customers and colleagues at all levels
  3. You are solution-oriented with a focus on the customer's needs
  4. You have a technical flair, preferably combined with a commercial background
  5. You are independent, structured and result-oriented
  6. You have an open and trustworthy personality
  7. You have good communication skills
  8. You are master of the Finnish language as well as English at business level.

As a person you thrive in a sales and technically oriented environment and collaborating both internally and externally is second nature to you. A knowledge of the Library market would be a benefit but not essential. Our ambitions and quality level are high, so you must be goal-oriented and focused, and be strongly results-driven.

You must have a current clean driving licence, valid passport and be prepared to have a security check.
