Shaping the Future of Sales Excellence



As a Sales Excellence Enabler, you will be an important part of driving sales excellence within our organization. Collaborating closely with our Global Sales Trainers and local markets, you will enhance the global roll-out of training concepts and strategies to empower our sales teams and ensure our position as modern hearing care experts.

The role is critical to ensure development of sales and coaching skills for our sales teams to meet our commercial goals in a way that delivers strong customer outcomes by exploring and creating the best customer journeys.

The Commercial Learning & Training team consists of 5 colleagues with diverse backgrounds. We support [xxxxx] Hearing Care markets with learning and training initiatives based on defined concepts. With this role we are looking to expand and strengthen our support with comprehensive project management and project execution.

Joining us your primary focus will be to:

• Expand and support effective rollouts of sales concepts in various markets.

• Develop forward-thinking training initiatives for effective implementation and adoption.

• Design and implement a continuous training concept tailored to live markets.

• Create and implement advanced training tools to ensure ongoing adoption of concepts.

• Innovate and adapt to changing market dynamics to maintain a competitive edge.

• Measure effectiveness of sales initiatives and establish processes for evaluating training impact.

Although it is not your direct role to carry out training, we do expect you to spend 5-10% of the time in our local markets providing physical and virtual training. You should expect 30-40 travel days per year. You'll be based at our corporate headquarters in Smørum, Denmark.

Great project management and change management skills



The ideal candidate has proven project management skills with 2-4 years' experience in the field and may have worked in training consultancy. You have effective verbal and written communication skills and proven problem-solving abilities.
