Can you take ownership for our Norwegian market and execute the strategy?

We already have Norwegian customers, and we have the potential to have a lot more. We have leads, and we know there are leads that are waiting to be converted to customers. We have already started building a team and imagine that you will expand it, in line with our growth.

Our new Head of Sales should balance tasks and humans while growing our Norwegian market so that it matches our ambitions and expectations for growth. You set the strategic direction and are not afraid to lead the way. At least that is how we imagine our new colleague to be.

Your tasks – as we see them

  • You implement and execute our sales strategy
  • You take responsibility for the budget and manage the customer journey
  • You contact new CyberPilot customers and begin to build a strong trusting relationship.
  • You prepare offers, negotiate and close contracts for CyberPilot’s services
  • You expand, motivate, and develop our Norwegian sales team
  • You participate in the implementation processes and contract management of new customers, dealers, and resellers.
  • You participate in the development of new processes, new markets, and sales activities
  • And then the tasks that we haven’t seen yet, but which you will surely spot once you get started.

We think you have

  • A Commercial education at bachelor’s or master’s level
  • A solid and documented sales experience – preferable from one or more business-oriented subscription-based companies and preferably from the Nordic market
  • The desire and ability to carry both the strategic, tactical, and operational responsibility
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Norwegian
  • An ambition for management experience incl. setting goals and creating the best conditions for your team – where you take the lead yourself
  • A drive while being determined and independent. Moreover, you should thrive on not always knowing the journey to reach the goal
  • A positive view on life and a genuine desire to help people succeed. Hence, you should be socially intelligent
