Randstad is looking for a Finnish-speaking sales coordinator on behalf of Techtronic Industries Nordic (TTI) located in Stamholmen, Hvidovre in Denmark.
As a member of the team, your workdays will be varied, but with a solid emphasis on compelling service. Here you will build relationships and create networks. You will be the person, who ensures a strong customer experience, and you will be a team member, helping create a great work environment.
You will handle incoming inquiries by phone and mail and help advise the customers on technical products issues. In addition, you will support customers processing their orders. Your focus is to find the best solution in cooperation with the customers and ensure they always meet dedicated professionalism when contacting the company. Furthermore, your tasks will be:
- Contact with the account managers and helping them to drive sales
- Handle a number of administrative tasks related to sales and logistics
- Furthermore, you will take part in sales meetings and other events from time to time which will entail some (minor) travel activities.
- You have a passion for guiding customers and colleagues and providing support
- You thrive in an international environment with strong emphasis on the Nordics, and you like to handle many different tasks
- You are flexible and positive when working with customers and colleagues, and being service minded is part of your DNA
- You thrive in a high-speed environment – never losing the overview or your good mood
- You are proactive, enterprising and flexible
- You speak and write fluent Finnish and good English, knowledge of another Nordic language is an advantage, but not a requirement
- You are comfortable working in MS Office and are familiar with SAP
- You have experience from a similar position
- A full-time position of 37 hours per week
