MINI A TURE is a leading B Corp certified outerwear brand that dresses kids aged 0-12 for everyday adventures in any kind of weather. MINI A TURE was founded 22 years ago and has since the beginning wanted to make a difference. The company feels strongly responsible for the future generations and strives to protect nature and its resources in the production and sales of 2 annual collections. The award-winning brand is internationally known for an exquisite quality and functional designs made from recycled materials.

The job

As part of MINI A TUREs ambitious growth plans we are looking for an outgoing and independent Commercial Business Developer. You will be responsible for the sales to field and key accounts in cooperation with the CCO and the rest of the international sales team based out of Denmark.

Responsibilities

  • Focus on growth and opening of new customers both Key Accounts and Field Accounts.
  • Servicing and developing the cooperation with existing accounts.
  • Development of sales budgets and go-to-market strategies.
  • Sales of two annual collections (digitally, in the show room or by means of customer visits).
  • Customer visits, training of store staff and guiding customers with regards to the products and new collections (4 drops per year).
  • Ensuring correct MINI A TURE expression at all partners.
  • Training the customers in the use of the company B2B portal.
  • Phone sales, customer service, customer visits and potential fair participation.
  • Collection feedback for design.
  • Reporting to management and performance according to the company KPIs.

Professional skills

  • Min. 4 years of relevant experience from a similar position within fashion or equivalent industry.
  • Able to think strategically and build plans to develop new business opportunities.
  • Strong negotiation and creative problemsolving skills.
  • A good network, mainly in Europe.
  • Experience with Navision/ TRIMIT is an advantage.
  • Fluent Danish and English in speaking and writing, any other language is an advantage.
  • The ability to travel according to needs. Driving license is necessary.
