The International Department at Niels Brock Copenhagen Business College is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Admissions Officer to join our team. Join our team as an Admissions Officer and take on the vital role of providing potential students with comprehensive knowledge about our school. Working closely with the Executive Vice President, Administration, and our admissions team, you'll spearhead efforts to develop robust marketing strategies aimed at recruitment and enrolment. Your focus will be on creating interest in our programmes while establishing and nurturing relationships with organizations to attract applicants. Here's what you'll be doing:

Terms of Employment
The position is a full-time position.
Employment as per agreement between the Danish Ministry of Finance and the AC trade union.
At Niels Brock we want to ensure working conditions that provide a good balance between work life and family life. Employees at Niels Brock with children under the age of 3 have the opportunity to apply for reduced time of 10% without salary reduction.

- Develop and execute marketing and communication plans approved by senior management.
- Generate interest in Niels Brock programmes among potential students.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with organizations to encourage applications to our programs.
- Assist prospective students with the admissions process, including application submission, document verification, and application status updates.
- Interview applicants.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to evaluate applicant qualifications and make informed admission decisions.
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource for applicants and their families, addressing inquiries and providing guidance.
- Participate in admissions events including webinars.
- Identify and collaborate with key recruitment and strategic partners to enhance our recruitment efforts.
- Conduct informative sessions and workshops to guide prospective students.
- Plan and execute special marketing and recruitment events.
- Liaise with new and existing approved agents.
- Update marketing materials, including the website, to reflect current offerings and information.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in admissions is a plus.
- Proficiency in relevant software and databases.
