Solutions Architect Nordic

We are looking for a Solutions Architect to provide expert product and business consultancy across our client’s product Range and provide and drive thought leadership.

Data is the core business why the Solution Architect has knowledge about data and being able to analyze and to see data used more abstract.

You will work across countries in EMEA, functional disciplines and the global organization to ensure that requirements are strategically aligned towards the enterprise architectural vision as set out

The role is positioned in Denmark, and covers the Nordic Region.

Key responsibilities / Task:

• Lead the solution design and technical architecture working with in market SME’s to create compelling and deliverable business cases
• Leverage learning and solutions from other markets to aid in market solutions
• Provide product and domain thought leadership, demonstrating a deep understanding of client problems and proposed solutions
• Understand the technical & functional considerations in solution design and provides direction to produce an optimal solution
• Navigate effectively through policies and procedure to create an effective solution which helps to resolve conflicting priorities between our Client and their client’s business and IT departments
• Act as a trusted advisor to key senior / strategic stakeholders within the business units
• Training of colleagues across the organization on products and services
• Act as the technical design authority throughout the project to ensure the project stays on the correct design path for the projects coming out of the business case process
• Monitor progress against project milestones and ensure effective communication with stakeholders through the Architecture Review Board
• Provide resolution and action on all deliverables that are at risk of being, outside agreed parameters and recommends effective corrective action

Qualifications:

• Degree/Masters in information technology base
• Resourceful, demonstrating strong problem solving abilities aimed at delivering business benefit
• Deep technical understanding and skills in development tools (Java/.Net), databases (Preferable Oracle or similar), and able to use SQL on an advanced level
• Effective communication of propositions and solutions – both written and verbal
• Wide variety of experience across the product development lifecycle
• Up-to date industry knowledge with extensive IT experience
• Understanding of the principles of Software and Hardware architectures

General qualifications:

Fluent spoken and written English is mandatory and fluent in Danish
