Atea Digital Services (ADS) is Atea's internal IT function and acts as a strategic business partner and a natural enabler in Atea's own internal digitalization journey. Within ADS, we work across national borders and support Atea's organization on the internal digitalization journey. Our team are in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland and the Baltic States. We are now looking for a leader for the Enterprise Architect Team.

About the position

As Service Delivery Manager for the Enterprise Architect team your focus will be on innovation, team development and driving the maturity of our architectural discipline. You'll be responsible for leading a team, consisting of very strongly minded, independent and high-performing individuals. You'll be tasked with overseeing all architectural aspects of our projects, ensuring they align with our strategic priorities and meet market demands. You will be responsible for ensuring the services delivered by the architectural team are timely and at the required level of quality. In this position you will report to , VP & Head of ADS Strategy & Architecture

Some of the main responsibilities

• Assuring that proposed projects are assessed for feasibility by researching and analyzing associated technology, design requirements, governmental regulations and market demand.
• Ensure the work is relevant and aligns with wider strategic priorities.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered from architecture side on-time, within scope, within budget and according to envisioned landscape.
• Drive innovation and development of new standards, policies and procedures for architectural design and engineering work as necessary to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
• Manage a diverse team who you are part of, coordinate and executes multiple projects.
• Oversee staffing of project teams with architectural and engineering personnel as needed.
• Get the best out of people, give honest, motivating and enthusiastic messages about priorities, objectives and expectations.
• Provide top-level management with necessary estimations and reporting.
• Stakeholder management for all levels of internal business partners and colleagues within Atea Digital Services and guide them through the architectural governance process.

We are looking for you who has experience from being a manager and leader combined with relevant experience from the field of architecture. You are keeping up to date with industry trends, technology, codes and regulations and the ability to look at the big picture, bring fresh perspective and consider the wider factors and long-term implications of decisions. You are a very good listener and mediator and have excellent social skills, that create relations easily across all spectra of personalities and acts as a role model for how to be a great teammate. You need to be proficient in English both spoken and in writing as you will be collaborating with colleagues in all countries where Atea is represented.
