We are looking for a User Experience Architect with exceptional design experience to develop elegant, functional and engaging digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have experience in applying a human-centered design methodology to all phases of the web application design and development process.
You will be working with amazing UX Designers, QA, Developers, Documentation Team, Product Managers, Product Owners, the list goes on, we are looking for someone who knows how to engage and collaborate with a wide range of people.

The UX team
You get to work with great people, experts in their field and people that are motivated and driven by success. We use sensible processes that make a difference. We are agile enough to keep things on the boil but sensible enough to know that our software needs to be robust. You can expect all the usual aspects of design and development such as show and tells, reviews, planning, retrospectives etc.

The Job
You will get to work on projects spanning across our product solution so our projects will be varied and challenging. You will be tasked with anticipating customer needs based on their objectives and then you will have to explore innovative solutions in a space where little precedence exists. It is therefore beneficial if you understand and is interested in using business requirements and customer research to assist you in developing scenarios, use cases, and high-level requirements to better find innovative solutions for our customers.
Moreover, you will:
- Help champion usability standards and user experience/human-centered design for the most intuitive and delightful application experience
- Contribute to the strategy and implementation of a human-centric experience design methodology across all our products
- Analyze business needs and produce detailed wireframes that meet strategic objectives
- Researching and evaluating usability
- Optimize information architecture to promote usability, while accommodating technical needs/constraints
Who are we looking for
The person we are looking for must be organized and logical minded, yet a creative and innovative thinker. You have extensive experience with interaction design, be fluent in web information architecture, and can translate functional objectives into detailed concepts and specifications. Furthermore you have a thorough understanding of the end users, a passion for user-centric design and a critical eye towards making complex functionality feel approachable by simple and well thought through concepts.
A thorough understanding of program architecture and the development process will be a plus.
We are looking for someone with at least 3 years experience working as an UX Architect and someone who have:
- A holistic, technical, focus on the birds eye perspective but with the ability to zoom in on details
- Enough technical background to understand technical capabilities and limitations
- Ability to facilitate the translation of business requirements into logical components and concepts
- An efficient problem-solver with an extensive skill set and ability to work on complex and abstract concepts
- Experience designing digital solutions for enterprise platforms
- A commitment to quality and continuous improvement - including a willingness to question current practice, to be hands-on and with strong attention to detail.
- An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating experience in UX architecture.
