As our Digital Learning Content Developer you are responsible for creating and maintaining high quality learning content and generating ideas for improving our training materials. You will be designing, developing and implementing training solutions focusing on our Code of Conduct and in particular on anti-corruption, data privacy, sanctions, export controls and competition law.

Key responsibilities
As Digital Learning Content Developer you will work with subject matter experts to analyze training needs, create storyboards and develops the trainings. We expect you to manage a training project from start to end. You will be structuring, designing, developing and reviewing e-learnings, instructor-led (live or virtual), and blended learning training material, by applying tested instructional design theories, practice and methods.
Other key tasks:
- Manage localization of the training projects
- Implementation of training solutions using our learning management system
- Collaborate with other departments
- Assist in the development of an annual training plan
- Manage reporting and documentation requirements.
- Analyze the training effectiveness and adapt the content accordingly
- Assist with visuals for training launches and compliance campaigns
We are looking for:
The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree related to instructional design or educational sciences combined with 3-5 years of relevant experience managing internal training programs.
Knowledge about anti-corruption, data privacy, competition law, sanctions and export controls is beneficial.
Furthermore you:
- You are proficient in Articulate Storyline 360 and Articulate Rise
- You can create supporting material/media (audio, video, graphics, etc)
- You have experience with tools like Illustrator, After Effects and InDesign
- Have excellent written and verbal skills in English
- Have experience with learning management systems (Cornerstone preferred)
- Have experience with training project management
- Have knowledge on curriculum management
