<p>Do you want to help move companies and society in a more sustainable direction? Incept Sustainability by Ramboll is a fun, effective, and interactive e-learning software with tools and survey elements that help companies transition towards sustainability enabling and empowering their employees, customers and suppliers. Join us and be part of Ramboll’s sustainability agenda!</p><p>We are looking for a backend developer to continue working on our WordPress content management system, making it even more user-friendly for our team members who create our awesome e-learning content. You’ll play a key role in the design and development of our REST API, collaborating with our content team members and frontend developers.</p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Implement and manage WordPress plugins</li><li>Develop and manage custom endpoints for our headless WordPress REST API</li><li>Oversee our WordPress system's overall management</li><li>Create comprehensive documentation for our systems and processes</li><li>Collaborate with product and design teams</li><li>Work closely with a team using Node.js and React</li><li>Actively participate in our planning Sprint meeting</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve user-submitted problems</li></ul><p>You will work in a growing multicultural team, in a company that is a leading engineering, design and sustainability consultancy headquartered in Denmark. Our product, Incept Sustainability, is applied by over 16,000 employees from Ramboll worldwide, becoming one of the main internal tools for our own sustainable change. And in 2024 we welcome three major companies to our platform and are planning to roll out our tool to many global clients in the near future.</p><p>As we work in sustainability, we want to make our work sustainable (and fun!). This means that our work and well-being should be balanced. Therefore, we provide a very flexible working environment, where we don’t mind if work is done remotely or in the office, as well as, where possible, a flexible schedule.
