Together, we lead and leave a positive impact on societies, companies, and people around the world.</p><p><strong>You will join our IT Architecture & Technology Governance department in Global IT</strong></p><p>As our new Enterprise Architect, you will play a global strategic role working both with IT and the business functions where you will discuss and propose strategic initiatives and introduce governance to mature how we support the business functions with the best possible tools. Your work will help improve and grow our tech-enabled consultancy business through better decision. You will be part of a growing global team currently in Denmark and India. We have a strong collaboration culture and retain high employee satisfaction.</p><p>Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:</p><ul><li>Lead the work on the overall technology strategy and roadmaps for Global IT and business.</li><li>Working with all stakeholders in IT to define our target state architecture, technology strategy and the roadmap of initiatives needed to get us there.</li><li>Organize application portfolio assessments together with the business partner and business owners.</li><li>Assist in running our IT Architecture Board where all new technology choices must be approved, and our approved technology list is maintained.</li><li>Define overall governance for IT in Ramboll. Both on Strategic & Tactical level while also ensuring we have all the right Operational governance in place.</li><li>Assist in identifying technology debt and perform risk evaluations.</li><li>Conduct regular meetings with major technology providers for monitoring future technology to potentially add to our landscape. Including writing trend reports and discuss technology advances with stakeholders.</li><li>Participate in negotiations with major technology vendors.</li><li>Support us staying relevant by regularly evaluating existing and upcoming enterprise architecture best practices.</li></ul><p><strong>Your starting point for constant growth</strong></p><p>From the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company. For this role, we believe your starting point is:</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc. in Computer Science or similar)</li><li>5+ years of experience working professionally with enterprise architecture.</li><li>Several years of experience working in international environment/organization.</li><li>Proven track record in assisting in defining target state technology architecture overviews for both applications/systems and infrastructure.</li></ul><p>Personal qualities that will help you succeed in this role include:</p><ul><li>The ability to build relationships and trust, so your business colleagues see you as their partner, focusing on creating value for the business.</li><li>The ability to understand and navigate a complex, relationship-based matrix organization to achieve key objectives.</li><li>Being able to adopt a team-oriented approach to solving problems.</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills especially being able to explain IT subjects in a way which is simple and easy to understand for business stakeholders.</li></ul><p><strong>Welcome to our IT organization</strong></p><p>In Ramboll’s Global IT organization we take pride in keeping Ramboll running smoothly.
